What is this support?

For some people, disability can make travelling independently or accessing community activities more difficult.

Transport and community access support can help eligible participants attend activities, appointments, and community-based opportunities where appropriate to their NDIS plan and agreed service arrangements.

How can Finding Path help?

Depending on your circumstances and funded supports, Finding Path may help you access community, social and recreational activities, appointments, shopping, and other agreed destinations connected to your support needs and goals.

We will discuss transport arrangements and any associated costs before providing services.

How can the support be personalised?

We discuss your destination, level of assistance, mobility and accessibility requirements, preferences and the goals connected with your support.

Where appropriate, support can also focus on building confidence and independence when accessing your community.
