What is this support?

Building independence means developing or strengthening skills that help you take greater control of everyday life.

For one person, this may mean learning to prepare a meal. For another, it might mean becoming more confident completing household activities, accessing the community or organising everyday routines.

How can Finding Path help?

Finding Path can provide practical support that encourages you to participate in everyday activities and develop skills at your own pace.

The objective is not simply to complete a task for you. Where appropriate, we support you to become more involved in doing it yourself.

How can the support be personalised?

We start with what you want to become more confident or independent in doing.

We then adjust support to your current abilities, preferred learning style, communication needs, and individual goals.

How do I get started?

Tell us what you would like to become more confident doing and what assistance you currently need.

Tell us what you are looking for and our team will contact you to discuss your needs and whether Finding Path may be the right provider for you.
